Lost or stolen packages
When you place an order please note thatΒ the liability is between you and the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for it.Β
If your tracking has been marked as βdeliveredβ, but you have not received it then please follow these suggestions to help you track it down.Β
β’ Confirm the shipping address you entered when ordering is correct
β’ Visit/ contact your nearest post office Β or location of shipping service
β’ Check with neighbors or if in an apartment, contact your front office/ building manager
β’ In some cases the shipping service may mis scan the label too early. Please wait at least 48hrs to see if it turns up.
